What size roll-off container do I need?

Here are some suggestions to help you decide on the right size for your project:

Although it is hard to judge, weight is a critical consideration due to the fact we must legally haul these on the roads.

Please try to determine the weight limit for your container using the max weights given below.

Another helpful tool in figuring what size container is that a full size pickup can haul about 1.5 to 2 CY of trash.  So a 20 cy container will hold 10 to 15 pickup truck loads.

15 yard container (3 ton allowance)– cleaning out garage (basement or attic), cleaning up storm debris, remodeling a kitchen, removing a small deck, replacing roofing shingles up to 40 sq.

20 yard container ( 4 ton allowance)– building a garage or shed, remodeling a basement, removing and replacing flooring, replacing roofing shingles over 40 sq up to 50 sq,

30 yard container ( 4 ton allowance) – building a new home, residential remodeling, replacing siding and windows.

20 yard cable container (6 ton allowance)- commercial and heavy remodeling, brick and block construction, replacing  roofing shingles over 50 sq. Removal of concrete material.

30 yard cable container (7 ton allowance)- heavy commercial projects and large  residental remodeling.

What is C&D waste?

Examples of Construction and Demolition (C&D) debris are as follows:  carpeting, tile, shingles, scrap wood, windows, doors, drywall, plaster, insulation, ceramic items such as sinks, toilets, and tubs.  Two containers will be needed on job sites that require C&D and stump and brush clean-up.  These items cannot be mixed in one container.  Please contact our office for pricing on containers being used for stump and brush only.

How long will it take for my roll-off container to be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, your container(s) should be delivered within 48 hours.

How long can I keep the roll-off container?

The rental period for your container is fourteen (14) days.  There is a charge of $40 per week for additional weeks.  Customer is responsible for calling when finished with container.  We do not pick up dumpster until it is called in for pick up.

What area do you service?

In Georgia, we serve the following counties:  Pickens, Cherokee, and Gilmer Counties.  Other local counties could be subject to additional cost.
